Hooray I am finally done and have a job

Well I finally made the long walk across the stage to get my diploma.  So it is official i r a graduate.  Oh and I have a job working at a car dealership here in Kearney.  We had  a graduation party to celebrate the momentous occasion.  The family came up and we had a cook out.  The keg we got from Thunder head brewery was excellent.  It was a lot of fun to get to hang out with the family and friends before the real world of working full time kicks in.  Every since graduation we have been super busy going here and there every week.  But the good knew is that I have been able to cross off a few more items on my 101 list.  Here is what I have been able to cross off and a few things that I have started completing.  First of all I crossed off the bachelors degree and the graduation party.
We also have successfully Madigan proofed the house.  well to the best that we could.  She is like a little tornado.  Crawling every where and getting into everything.  You turn your back one second and she is across the room digging in something or pulling something off the shelfs.  So all of the moving led to us installing all of these fun gadgets.

The toilet latch can make things pretty dicey if you are having one of those days.  We have learned that we better add a few spare seconds to get the toilet open before we have to go.

I have also started making my list of things that is have never eaten before.  So far both have been from a sushi restaurant imagine that.  First was eel.  It was really good.  I have a thing called a volcano roll that had eel and roe on it.  For those who might not know, roe is fish eggs.  The other thing that I had was a baby octopus.  It was brined but not cooked.  The little tentacles and body were completely whole.  When you bit into it is was kinda crunchy until the hard rubbery coating gave way the the soft mushy inside exploded in your mouth.  I was actually really surprised by the taste.  They were really good if you could get past the whole baby octopus explosion in your mouth.

mm mm i love sushi

And then finally Brandon and I got our tattoos that we have been planning for a while now.  It is a celtic knot meaning brotherhood.  We got them on the back of our calf.  It was one of the weirdest  days ever.  First started with our tats in one of the cleanest and nicest tattoo par
lors that I have ever been in.  Which is a good thing since is was Madigan's first trip to the tattoo parlor. woo hooo wild child! And after the tattoos we decided to grab a bite to eat.  well we were walking by a place that had a sign for $5 burgers so we decide to eat there.  Two seconds after entering we realized we were out of place.  Our party consisted of my brother and his wife and my wife and I along with Madigan.  Turns our Sarah and Ash were 2 of the only females in the joint.  And when we sat down that was a giant 10 ft. by 12 ft. painting of 2 lesbians.  But hey everyone was extremely nice and the burgers were excellent.  The waiter said that they are trying to get more people in of the slow days by offering meal specials.  The favorite on  of coarse that he pointed out to us was the $2 hot dogs on Sunday's.  We all had a little chuckle at that even the waiter.  So if you are ever in KC in west port on a monday at 4:00 go down to 303 and have the $5 burgers they are great.

Well this is all for know and I hope you like the pictures that posted into my blog.  The wife finally showed me how to do it so I hope that I did not screw it up to bad and make it hard to read.  Of coarse people would have to read it to really matter or not if I screwed it up.  Please leave me a comment if I need to do something else with my pictures.  Thanks
